UX/UI | Digital Design

This project’s goal is to help people who struggle with mental health issues. It aims to provide articles and videos that talk about a range of topics, as well as emergency hotlines just in case anything becomes too overwhelming.

There is a forum for people to talk anonymously about their issues, and meditation exercises to help calm the mind, in addition to journal prompts, and daily reminders to practice self-love! The colors are calming and soothing, and it has customization so that people don't have to see anything they don't want to see.

OnlyHuman is an app that pulls videos, articles, emergency hotlines, and exercises/meditations to help people deal with their mental health issues and tackle the idea of self love.

Pain Points

  1. Lack of connection and personalization of issues when it comes to the wide spectrum of mental health issues.

  2. Forgetting to take care of yourself every day through meditation, exercising, and journal prompts.

  3. Not wanting people to know about what you’re experiencing for fear of judgement.

Brag Points

  1. Customized home screen with only the topics you want to see and nothing that would trigger any other issues.

  2. Daily reminders and streak recording every time you complete an activity, as well as a recommended activity of the day.

  3. An anonymous forum constantly monitored for any negative keywords, with judgement or bullying immediately blocked.

Consistency is key!

We are all only human after all, and sometimes we need to

be reminded to take care of ourselves.
